A story from 18 years ago

I was passionate about baking ever since I was an eight year old kid. I used to pick random cookbooks from my parent's bookshelf and bake cakes and cookies. I soon gained popularity amongst my mom's friends and became their go to baker for birthdays and events

First job at a bakery

Even though I pursued my undergrad in design computing at the University of Sydney, my heart always was in baking. I got a job at Sweet Spot in Sydney and quickly became their favourite pastry chef

Le Corden Bleu London

I decided it was time for me to focus on my baking and I did a diploma in patisserie and boulangerie at Le Corden Bleu London. It was the year that took my skills and my love for baking to the next level

Mélange was born

I started my operations in 2024 from my home kitchen. It quickly grew into a place people trusted for cakes, breads, hampers and catering. I mixed my love for flowers, baking and art to curate products that truly stand out, both in terms of taste and presentation
